1. PRE-PURCHASE All dive packages must be pre-purchased prior to arrival or before the first dive. Package rates cannot be applied retrospectively to dives already completed.
2. NON-SHAREABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE Dive packages are strictly personal. A package cannot be split between two or more persons, nor transferred to another guest.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE Dive packages are non-refundable. No refund or credit will be issued for unused dives, regardless of the reason (illness, ear/sinus issues, seasickness, fatigue, personal inconvenience, change of plans, early departure, or denial by the guide for safety reasons).
4. CERTIFICATION REQUIRED All divers must present a valid diving certification card (digital or physical) upon check-in. Participation in diving without proof of certification is not permitted.
5. MEDICAL FITNESS A medical questionnaire must be completed before any diving activity. Any "YES" answer requires a signed medical clearance from a physician, dated within the last 12 months. Failure to provide this clearance will result in denial to dive, with no refund.
