Cancellation policy:

Please note that in case of cancellation of diving or snorkeling activities the Centre will apply the following procedure:

  • DIVING: You have to book Your diving excursion according the plan at least the day before your excursion, up to 14pm, if special trip need prior confirmation the team will inform You.

Cancellation are normally possible up to 18pm of the day before Your excursion. In case of cancellation on the same day of Your diving trip, the centre will apply all fees (transport, guide, marine environment, extra in case of boat or special trip) the amount of the dive will depend on the kind of trip. Diving package online are INDIVIDUALS and not possible to SHARE. Refund of dives not completed is not possible, online price are not cumulable with other offer on place.

  • Snorkeling

The excursion snorkelling have to be paid at least 1 day before as confirmation up to 14pm. No confirmation will be considered without a full payment. In case of cancellation up to 24h. before the excursion the customer will get complete refund Cancellation on same day WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • For DIVING AND SNORKELING

In case of illness> ONLY with medical report (or hospital) will be refunded 50% of the amount at the person on the name of the report.

Cancellation policy for DIVE&STAY (room + diving pack or only room): We understand that there are always reasons to cancel a booking. However, we do trust you understand and respect our cancellation policy in any case.

  • Cancellation after 4 weeks of official booking date Cancellation fee will be 20% of the total invoice amount.

  • Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total invoice amount.

  • Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival Cancellation fee will be 100% of the total invoice amount. This cancellation policy are valid ONLY if no other policy are applied (like special deal, booking with other operator or agent etc)

  • General terms group bookings

All reservations of more than 7 rooms are considered as a group booking. Process and handling of group reservations: We understand that group reservations need time to fill, arrange and finalize. We offer the possibility to block rooms (holding an option) to ensure availability up to 8 months before tentative arrival. We will keep in contact regularly to see what the status of the reservation is. However this will always be discussed with the party who has placed the option. Every group is different, but in any case, we assume you understand and respect the following terms & conditions before you place a group reservation. Please note… - If payments are not received on time, rooms are not secured and may be sold to others - All the payments made, are non-refundable and part of the cancellation policy. - If the final number of guests or the invoice amount is lower than expected, the amounts that have been paid will be settled with the final/following payment. Cancellation are considered as a GROUP event of major force can be considered only if is applied to ALL customers partecipant

  • Cancellation policy for Diving package (Group or individual) or Diving Courses

To reserve a special deal for individual or a group a deposit minimum of 30% of the invoice is required, in case booking will be reserved within 4 weeks before arrivals 50% deposit is required IF not different deal with booking office, please note: Individuals: The settlement have to be done minimum 1 week before the arrival Groups: The settlement have to be done minimum 3 weeks before arrival In case of reservation for a package in a shorter notice consider that, to reserve special online price the total amount have to be paid prior Your arrival Cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total invoice amount. Cancellation within 1 weeks before arrival Cancellation fee will be 100% of the total invoice amount. Cancellation for diving courses: Digital Training Kit cannot be refunded BUT as personal can be used anywhere as no expiring date

Please remember, the package that You will book is INDIVIDUALS, not sharable and will be not refunded if will be not completed for matter not in Diving centre will (sickness, event of major forces weather conditions or other inconvenient)
